We at Premium Chocolatiers believe that nothing should stand between you and your chocolates. We take great care in shipping our chocolates to insure that you receive high quality product. Due to the delicate nature of our fine chocolates we must adhere to the following shipping guidelines:

  - At this time we ship only within the United States. We hope to begin shipping internationally in the near future.
  - Packages are insulated and filled with gel ice as needed in the warm weather.
  - We cannot ship on weekends or holidays and reserve the right to decide when to snend it to maximize the chances of the chocolates arrving in good condition.
  - Online orders are shipped via USPS and must arrive by Fridays to avoid sitting over the weekend. We can not be responsible for shipments that do not arrive or are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete addresses provided to us. When the package is returned to us we will reinvoice for return shipping.
  - Shipping Mode:
        - Priority Mail (Usually 2 or 3 days-not guaranteed though); Ships Monday thru Wednesday.
        - Express Mail (Usually next day); Ships Monday thru Thursday.
        - Parcel Post (Ground Shipping); Ships Monday thru Wednesday.

Shipping Rates   - All rates are the actual rates as provides by USPS. Just enter the product into the cart and you will see the options.

  - Orders made after 9 AM EST will usually ship out the next day but may take longer especially during busy holiday seasons. Please be patient as we will get you the chocolates as fast as we can. You can check the status online and you will receive an email with tracking when the products ship.

RETURNS
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please mail your shipment back to us within 10 days of receipt along with a letter stating your specific concern for a prompt refund or replacement.
