Are your chocolates free of milk, nuts, gluten and egg ?

All of our chocolates are milk, peanut, tree nut, egg and gluten free whether or not it says this on an individual product.

Do all of you chocolates contain soy ?

All our chocolates contain or are processed on lines with real soy protein - not merely soy lecithin.

Are your chocolates certified kosher?

All our products are certified kosher by OK Kashrus Supervision.

Do you take orders over the telephone?

Currently we take online orders only.

My chocolates are melted what can I do?

Since the post office delivers the packages they may leave packages outside even in hot areas. We put labeling on packages going to hot areas to prevent this, but this is unfortunately beyond our control. Please use the tracking information we provide to understand when to expect the package and arrange to be able to accept the package to avoid melting if you are in a hot area. We cannot reimburse for packages that are left outside for extended periods of time. If you receive it already melted please take photos immediately and send them to us at info@premiumchocolatiers.com so that we can make good on it for a refund or replacement.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes we are now ready for wholesale orders. To be set up as a wholesaler do the following: 1) Create an account on the site by clicking log in on the top right and setting up as a new customer. 2) Send us an email with the name you created the account under and information on your company. 3) We will approve your request and when you log in after receiving our confirmation you will see wholesale pricing. For wholesale items that are packaged ready for retail sale with bar codes and all visit Wholesale

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

Yes we ship to Canada and most locations. When you put your address in on the checkout page you will see the shipping quotes and options based on location and weight.

Do you bring nut products or milk products into your facility?

All ingredients entering our facility are carefully scrutinized for the presence of milk or nut and these are not allowed in. We randomly lab test these as well.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Three months for chocolate bars and solid chocolate products and 1 month for ganache filled truffles and chocolates.

Do you have a retail store?

At this time we sell online only. We are not equipped to allow pickups. All orders are shipped via USPS mail unless otherwise requested.

Where is the coffee bean on the coffee truffle?

We recently discontinued the bean in favor of a design as we have since been unable to source a candied bean which we are 100% sure meets our strict standards of milk, nut, gluten, egg free.

Where is my order?

We attempt to ship orders as soon as they are received. During busy times usually around 2 weeks before a holiday it may take a week before an order ships as we can fall behind due to heavy demand. Shipping times are from the ship date - not the order date. Orders will show pending until they are shipped. You will always receive an email with tracking as soon as you order ships. Please look at the home page for the cut off guarantee times before a holiday.

Can you do custom orders?

Depending on the volume and request we can sometimes do this. Please email us at info@premiumchocolatiers.com for a definite answer.

Are there any products that you sell that do not contain soy?

Unfortunately Not.

I received a product and it is cracked/damaged. What can I do?

Just shoot us a picture of the damage so we can help to prevent further problems in shipping. We will immediately replace or issue a refund as you wish.

Can you send a sample to taste first?

At the present time we can not send samples. There are reviews though about the products on the site and facebook to read if you need more information.

Can I get a coupon?

At the present time the best way to get a 10% coupon is to review any of our products on the site that you have tried. You will automatically be given a code.

I just see a blank box under the shipping options screen so I can't place my order?
